Remote agents reach your EasySIEM server through the relay, from anywhere, with no port opened. Three seats come included with every server. Each seat you buy here adds one more remote agent, for a year from the day you apply its key.

Good to know
When does a seat’s year start?
When you apply the key in your Console, not when you buy it. A key can wait until you need it.
What happens when the year ends?
The key’s seats end that day. If your server then has more remote agents than seats, the newest ones pause: they stop sending until there is a seat for them, and pick up again by themselves once there is. The Console shows the date and warns you in the last 30 days.
How do I renew?
Buy a new key and apply it before the old one ends. The new key’s year starts the day you apply it, so the two overlap for the days in between.
Can one key cover two servers?
No. A key goes to the one server it’s applied on, with all its seats. For another server, buy another key.
What if I lose the key?
It stays in this browser, under Your seat keys, until you remove it. Otherwise email tyson@easysiem.com with the PayPal transaction ID from your receipt.
Refunds and chargebacks
If a payment is refunded in full or reversed through PayPal, its key is cancelled and its seats end. Questions about a purchase go to tyson@easysiem.com.
What is kept about my purchase?
PayPal takes the payment. The relay keeps the PayPal order and transaction IDs, the amount, the seats and the payer’s email address PayPal reports, to answer questions about the purchase. The key itself is never stored there, only a one-way fingerprint of it. See Privacy.
Where do the seats show?
In the Console, under Agent Keys › Remote agents › Seats: how many are included and purchased, each key’s end date, and which agents, if any, are paused.
